Simple Xigbar shooter flash

Something I made half a year ago, it was supposed to be part of the TOTWB flash I'm working on, but I decided to strip it out.

Nothing too special, move left/right with the left and right arrows, and shoot with the up arrow.

There is nothing more to it than that counter in the upper left corner.
