This is a parody comic about how the organizations XIII came to be.
There you have it, drawn weapons. Only one panel thou XD
Xigbar is having too much trouble with those bunnies. I certainly hope that there never will be nobody bunnies too...
Oh, and finally, the chilly academic... being chilly.

NOTE: Lidocaine is mostly used to numb local areas, commonly used when preparing for surgeries and by dentists.

Well, I can answer one question, The bunny still having Xiggy in the mouth (due to the dark colors, it's hard to see Xiggy at all).

Ah, I can see Xiggy now that I'm focused on that panel and not the one with the silohetts(can't spell worth crap) in the background.
Poor Xiggy, he just can't escape the bunnies... though that's a pretty damn big bunny.
